How Do I Place an Order?​

All products available for sale are visible on the SHOP (home) page. Click on the desired image that you are considering to purchase and choose a hat color and a design color. This is unique to our products, where you as a customer get to have a say in the customizing of your order. You will get it just the way you like! Once you have decided- the web page will direct you to subsequent pages to finish the payment and shipping portion of the order. 



 

Payment & Shipping

ManeMan Designs accepts multiple forms of payment, whichever works best for you. You can choose to pay with a debit/ credit card using the Square application or your secure Paypal account. You can rest assured that all of the payment options are secured. Once payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. The products usually ship within a week, and takes 3 - 5 business days for delivery. 



 

Returns & Refunds

Items are made to order, handmade and customized if indicated. Due to the intricacy of each order, we do not accept returned items for refunds, unless the order sent to the customer is the wrong item. Once this mistake is noticed, please contact us directly, we will send out the correct order immediately and ship it for free.

 

Custom Work

If you would like for us to work on a custom designs that you have in mind, maybe your name added to any one of the existing Haiti designs of the t shirts or you want to go completely rogue, please contact us via email at ManeManeDesigns@gmail.com so that we can discuss it further. We can accommodate or most design ideas. Plus we like a challenge. Custom work can also be done on both t shirts and caps.
